Steve Maclin claims TNA’s locker room environment is getting better and better

Former Impact World Champion Steve Maclin had a lot of momentum since his debut in TNA until an injury slowed him down. He has been with the company for about two years and has been through all its ups and downs. He recently spoke about his experience working for the company and praised the TNA locker room.

In an interview with Fightful, Steve spoke about the positive evolution of the locker room since taking over in 2021. He emphasized its family nature and said the locker room continues to get better and better. He added that any potential conflicts or drama that occur within the locker room will be quickly addressed and resolved.

“It gets shattered pretty quickly and if there’s any drama, there’s really not that, but everyone in the TNA locker room, I’ve been there from 2021 until now, and it just keeps getting better and better. It’s family oriented and everyone just works hard and goes out and pushes each other to do their best. Everyone does their part in their position no matter where they are on the card. It’s great. We’ve been asked about being part of the pre-show, which means we can set the tone for the night. We’ve been able to go up to the guys and say, ‘Hey, you guys are doing this spot. What?” he says. After all, we have a nice slope here in the Palms. “Oh, me and Rich are working on an idea.” “We’ll save that for a later card.” I mean, maybe it’s being selfish in a way, but the boys will do something later. Because it is. A tag team match would probably be outrageous. Everyone is working to help everyone, that’s the only good thing, everyone is supporting everyone. we are family. It’s funny, even though we’re all saying goodbye to each other tonight, it’s like, “See you in a few days.”

Of note, many wrestlers and celebrities have openly praised the TNA/IMPACT Wrestling locker room over the years, with some even calling it the best locker room in the wrestling industry. These stars frequently praise the locker room environment, which provides great camaraderie and support for each other.

Despite the competitive nature of professional wrestling, Maclin emphasized the selflessness and trust that permeates throughout TNA’s roster. The promotion appears to be going above and beyond to foster a supportive culture within the locker room.
