LASG shuts down Quilox due to environmental violations

The Lagos State Government has shut down the popular Quilox Restaurant Bar Night Club on Victoria Island, citing safety and other environmental violations.

Officials of the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) and the Lagos State Safety Commission (LSC) made this disclosure ex officio.l X handle on sunday.

According to LASEPA, both agencies warned social centers not to allow their operations to affect the safety and well-being of other citizens and promised sanctions for such mistakes.

LASEPA added that Quilox Restaurant Bar Night Club was found not to comply with important environmental regulations set by government agencies.

The agency also issued warnings to Sol Beach, The Good Beach and Landmark Beach for environmental violations and safety measures.
