“I think we showed a lot of determination,” Hoiberg said. “I don’t know if the last few days of practice helped us get a little bit tougher. And we weren’t feeling great, being down 19 points against a team that was hard to come back from. But we… Just kept fighting. That’s what I like most about these guys.
“C.J. Wilcher was unbelievable. We were able to get some stops defensively at the end. It was a whole team effort. I just love these guys and we have to keep fighting.” We have two incredibly difficult journeys ahead of us. But this was a huge win for our program.”
