BEIJING, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) – A recent survey shows that the majority of foreign companies operating in China are satisfied with the country’s favorable business environment.
The survey, conducted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in the third quarter of this year, found that China’s business environment in terms of taxation, market access and dispute resolution was widely praised by foreign companies operating in China. It is shown that.
CCPIT spokesperson Zhang Xin said at a press conference on Tuesday that nearly 90% of the 700 foreign companies surveyed were satisfied with the business environment.
Foreign companies are optimistic about expanding in China, with more than 80% of respondents expecting their investment returns to remain flat or increase in 2023, the spokesperson said.
Zhang said CCPIT will continue to play its role in promoting a more market-oriented, law-based and internationalized business environment in China, so that foreign investors can enjoy the country’s development opportunities. ■
