This edition emphasizes environmental considerations in adopting risk management and systems approaches in support of Environmental Operating Principle #5. Content includes commentary from Drew White, Director of Installation Readiness, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), who explains how sustainability is an integral part of his USACE philosophy.
